Welcome to Mishgar. By using the Mishgar application and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mishgar. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

2. Use of the App

  • You agree to use Mishgar only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Upload viruses or malicious code

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey.
